Join us at The Cheese Shop for “Cheese 101” at 6.00pm Wed., 2/28! We will learn about the seven styles of cheese—fresh, bloomy, washedrind, semi-soft, semi-firm, hard, and blue. Three glasses of wine are also included. $40 per person (payable at the class). This event is limited to the first 20 people who sign up, with preference given to current SYC members.
